Announcing the“Top 100 New Sightseeing Spots” Photo Contest!

We are launching Kumamoto’s “Spread the Excitement” Project so that we can work together to discover a new era of Kumamoto sightseeing spots!
Please tell us about the things here in Kumamoto that make you say to yourself, “I want everyone to know about this!” or “I’m so glad I found this!” We need your insider information about the wonderful scenery, food (or food scenery!) as well as traditional arts and crafts of Kumamoto.
Residents of Kumamoto Prefecture will vote for the top 100 submissions.
Next year’s launch of the “More and more! Kumamoto.” travel campaign, the Rugby World Cup, and the 2019 World Women’s Handball Championship will bring more visitors to Kumamoto from both Japan and abroad. We want them to experience the best attractions Kumamoto has to offer.
